Next generation LMS: LearnLinq
LearnLinq is a product of L&M Software bv. It is the successor to the well-known Edumanager system. L&M’s Research and Development team spent several years developing and perfecting this new, innovative and pioneering software system.
LearnLinq was developed using the most modern technology and particular attention was paid to the user interface. The system does what you need it to do.
No need to worry about the underlying technology, you only experience the benefits of using the system.

LearnLinq is more!
The domain of Training and Development embraces a multitude of organisational and logistical activities. LearnLinq is the ideal system to support all these activities and, wherever possible, automate them, giving you time for more important matters than keeping your administration up-to-date.
Innovative developments since 1993!
L&M at a glance
Since 1993 L&M has developed, supplied and implemented software systems that support businesses in the field of Training and Developments. From launching its initial course administrative system Edusoft, L&M has grown into a system automates a large number of administrative tasks.
L&M’s customer base includes a significant number of loyal clients that have been using its software systems since its inception.
In 1998 L&M launched its first Windows 95 based product: Edusoft Plus.
The second generation of the Windows software was launched in 2001. The successor to Edusoft Plus was named Edumanager 1.0.
In 2003, Edumanager 2.0 became the next version in the Edumanager series. Through improved functionality for implementing HR structures and Competencies, Edumanager evolved from an administrative system for course administration into a complete tool for Training and Competence Management.
2005 was an important year for L&M as well as Edumanager. In all areas of Edumanager, functionalities were expanded, most notably in terms of flexibility.
Introducing a web-based portal
In 2009, “Frontoffice” was added to Edumanager. This enabled managers, employees and trainers to have access to the system through an online portal, aligning the product with market developments.
The move to online!
In 2011, the Edumanager online portal was further enhanced with e-learning and e-testing functionalities. Furthermore, Edumanager also became available as a so-called SAAS-solution and customers could choose to work in the Cloud.
By now, over 75% of our customers work with this Cloud solution which means a lighter burden of technical matters: another important and time-saving improvement.
2013 marked L&M Software’s 20th anniversary, a period in which time nearly 150 large, medium and small organisations had become users of Edumanager, the system for all facets of training, development and competence management.
In 2015, Edumanager 7.0 became available for all our customers. This new version once again contained a number of new functionalities.
2015 was also the starting point for the development of the successor to Edumanager 7.0, which is due to be launched under the new name Learnlinq in 2017.
In early July 2017, the first version of LearnLinq will be ready to take over from Edumanager. A completely new system that uses the latest insight and techniques. Naturally the system retains all functionalities of Edumanager but it has been expanded to include two unique and innovative concepts: Logistical Learning Paths and LearnLinq Employee Compliance Management (LECM).
This means the possibilities are endless. And LearnLinq makes it possible for organisations to completely automate their training and certification processes. The user interface is characterised by simplicity, transparency and ease of use.
